Placing Your Order
To place an order on-line, load up your shopping cart and follow the step-by-step checkout process. We will confirm receipt of your order via e-mail.

To place an order over the phone, call 336-323-1145. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Sometimes with bulk orders, Overruns/Underruns of up to 5% may occur in the production process. You will be billed accordingly, based on the quantity shipped to you.

RUSH services are available; in most cases RUSH orders simply require faster shipping methods, which incur additional cost.

If you have an "IN HANDS" deadline for your order, please communicate that in the "Comments" field during the checkout process.

Return Policy
All items are fully guaranteed against defects. Defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund. Returns are accepted only with a Return Authorization number. Call the AHA Campus Store at 336-323-1145 to request this R.A. #. The number should appear on the return label. All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of order. Please ship all returns to:

Note: custom logo orders are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via FedEx unless otherwise specified. We can also ship using 3rd party UPS or FedEx Account numbers.

Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Items that are oversized, in large quantities, Non-Inventoried items, or extra heavy items may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges.
